Moscow Raceway Construction To Begin
Construction of the Moscow Raceway, a brand new world class race venue in the suburbs of Moscow, Russia is going to begin in ernest next week.
The track, designed by Hermann Tilke the man responsible for circuits like Shanghai and Turkey, will be in a position to host F1 and MotoGP events, likely to aide the cause of Russia’s F1 bid for 2010.
It will be managed by Hans Geist who used to run the A1-Ring and Sakhir Circuit in Bahrain.
Completion should be in 2010.
