BMW On Top At Jerez Day 2
BMW Sauber were fastest on day 2 of testing at Jerez. Christian Klien was focusing mainly on aerodynamic developments and he covered 400km.
Sebastian Vettel was 2nd, a gearbox problem hampered his day a little but he still got running in, good times and some good information, on his new team Red Bull Racing.
This meant that Sebastien Buemi was at Toro Rosso, he finished 3rd and admitted he thoroguhly enjoyed his day. The Swiss driver is vying for a seat at the small Faenza based team.
McLaren were testing their KERS system with few problems finishing 4th, Pedro de La Rosa takes over from Gary Paffett now though.
The other point of note was Williams who tested a 2009 rear wing, it looked completly ridiculous in all honesty, and i reckon it is totally stupid. I thought 2009 regs were going to be okay but it looked like a handle on a shopping trolley, or a wing of an old F3000 car or something. Totally stupid. Decide for yourselves, but im not impressed.
