Alonso Steps Out In Ferrari Red For First Time

Spaniard and two time F1 world champion Fernando Alonso has stepped out in Ferrari red for the first time at their annual skiing event at Madonna di Campiglio in Italy.

The event, shared with the Ducati Motorbike team will see the drivers and riders hit the slopes on skis and snowboards, with some entertaining ice driving in a range of Fiats and maybe a bit of karting too.

For Ferrari fans, saddened by the defection of hero Michael Schumacher to Mercedes, it will be a nice sight to finally see Alonso with the prancing horse on his jacket.

It was also an opportunity to see the Santander logos on the Ferrari apparel, with Marlboro’s hash marks still remaining as the tobacco brand and bank fight it out to be title sponsor to one of the sports most legendary teams.

  2. Great article. I hope you will feature more of Fernando Alonso. He’s a very promising athlete. He’ll go along way beyond the snow.
